As of May 1st, the tentative assessment roll is available and must be displayed on all local government websites for the public to find. Please use the following information to update your local government website with a link to the tentative roll.

If you go to www.washingtoncountyny.gov/ and hover over “Your Government” and look under “Departments” you should be able to click on “Real Property Tax Service”.

Once you are at www.washingtoncountyny.gov/263/Real-Property-Tax-Service, which is the Real Property landing page, on the left you will be able to click on the “Assessment Rolls” link on the left.

On this page, https://www.washingtoncountyny.gov/290/Assessment-Rolls, you should be able to click on the link with your town under the tentative roll links, UNDER THE TENTATIVE ROLL HEADING.  Once the roll is open, you can copy the link in the address bar and replace it on your website where you currently have the link to final assessment rolls.
